In 1988, William and Sandra Clements were assisting in planning their church's centennial celebration.  As they ventured deeper into the party planning, they realized the local event rental industry was nonexistent.

Inspired by the community need, Clements Tent Rentals was born with humble beginnings in the Clements' home garage with just a few small tents in their product inventory.


they started with a willingness to learn the market and an eagerness to serve their hometown, later growing their inventory to tables, chairs, and larger tents as their customer base expanded.

The years passed, the business grew, and we now occupy a two story warehouse in the heart of the Northern Neck that houses our ever growing inventory.

The business is now overseen by the second generation and continues to thrive.  After nearly 40 years in business, we feel fortunate to be supported by customers, both local and statewide.  We are proud to have served such a wonderful community and are eager to continue the next 40 years creating awe inspiring spaces for any celebration.

Carol is our lead sales manager.  She brings 20 years of experience here at CTR and is our go to expert for event layouts, rental recommendations, and hosting the perfect event.

Andrew is our lead operations manager.  His construction background brings a wealth of knowledge to event sites that is immeasurable for the perfect set up.

Robert is our lead marketing manager.  He excells in strengthening customer relationships and fostering new external growth.
