What size events can you accommodate?

No event is too big or too small.  We can accommodate any event size, from intimate back yard affairs to large scale festivals with hundreds in attendance.

Do you only offer tent rentals?

No!  Our inventory consists of hundreds of products!  From tents, tables, chairs, and staging to linens, china, glassware, and more - we are proud to offer a wide variety of premium products for any event type!

What is required for my reservation?

Once we have discussed what products and services you will need for your event, we will create a custom quote for you to make an official reservation.  We require a 50% nonrefundable deposit and that will ensure your event rentals are saved for your special day!

Can I make changes to my reservation?

We realize numbers fluxuate throughout the planning process and are happy to modify your rental items as you approach final head counts. 

What size tent do I need?

This is where our knowledagble staff comes in!  Our experienced team will gather specific details including event type and estimated guest count to calculate the best sizing and layout for your celebration.

How long will I have my rentals?

Often times, event set ups take multiple days to complete. Therefore custom pricing is for each specific event and not a per day charge.   Our set up days include Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays.  We will typically return for take down on Mondays and Tuesdays.
